グループの沿革
当社グループは1997年に設立され、創業からこれまで28年の歴史があります。
我々のグループには2つの大きな事業分野があります：
① 電源線製品分野
② 信号線製品分野
当社の各生産拠点は、それぞれ独立した法人として運営されており、互いに隷属関係にありません。
それぞれ異なるビジネスプロジェクトを運営し、一方は電源線製品に特化し、もう一方は信号線製品に特化することで、より包括的かつ専門的なサービスを提供し、お客様の多様なニーズにお応えしております。
☞ 電源線製品は、当社グループの売上の約3分の1を占める主力製品です。
その他、信号線製品・内接線製品・アンテナ製品も取り扱っております。
☞ 信号線製品の生産工場は、徳州・恵州・ミャンマー・ベトナムにあります。
☞ 内接線製品の生産工場は、重慶・ミャンマー・ベトナムにあります。
☞ アンテナ製品の生産工場は、常熟にあります。
☞ 特にご紹介したいのは、電源線製品の生産体制です。
我々は、山東省威海とタイに拠点を配置し、強いコスト競争力を強みとしております。
● 住友から8mmの銅棒を購入し、それを2.6mmにまで引き延ばし、さらに各ケーブル仕様に対応した太さに加工しています。
● また、PVCの原料も自社で生産しております。
⇒ つまり、原材料から最終製品まで一貫して自社生産しており、
原料コストの優位性に加え、タイ工場は東南アジアに位置しているため、
少量生産など顧客の多様なニーズにも柔軟に対応できる地理的メリットがあります。
Group History
Our Group was established in 1997 and has built a 28-year history since its founding.
We operate across two major business segments:
① Power Cord Products
② Signal Cable Products
Each of our production sites operates as an independent legal entity, without subordination to one another. Different facilities specialize in distinct business projects: some focus on power cord products, while others concentrate on signal cable products. This specialization enables us to deliver comprehensive and highly professional services, meeting the diverse needs of our customers.
• Power cord products: The Group’s core business, accounting for approximately one-third of total revenue.
We also manufacture a wide range of products including signal cables, internal wiring, and antennas.
• Signal cable production plants: located in Dezhou, Huizhou, Myanmar, and Vietnam.
• Internal wiring plants: located in Chongqing, Myanmar, and Vietnam.
• Antenna production plant: located in Changshu.
One of the highlights of our business is our power cord production system.
We have established manufacturing bases in Weihai, Shandong Province and Thailand, with strong cost competitiveness as our key advantage:
• We procure 8mm copper rods from Sumitomo, draw them down to 2.6mm, and further process them to the required thickness for each cable specification.
• We also produce PVC raw materials in-house.
In other words, we manage the entire production process in-house, from raw materials to finished products. This not only ensures cost advantages in raw materials but also provides geographic benefits—particularly with our Thailand plant located in Southeast Asia—allowing us to flexibly respond to small-lot and diversified production requirements, thereby offering highly adaptive solutions for our customers.

• 中国山東省威海市に「ホンリン電子有限公司」を設立し、電源コードアセンブリー事業を開始。
• Established Honglin Electronics Co., Ltd. in Weihai, Shandong Province, China, and launched Power cable assembly operations.
• 自社ブランド「ホンリン」を設立。
• 韓国LG向けに外部信号ラインケーブルの販売を開始。
• Launched the proprietary brand “Honglin.”
• Began supplying external signal cables to LG in Korea.
• 「威海ホンリン電線有限公司」を設立し、自社でのケーブル製品製造を開始。
• Established Weihai Honglin Cable Co., Ltd. and commenced in-house manufacturing of cable products.
• 「常熟ホンリン有限公司」を設立、中国⾧江三角地域に進出。
• Established Changshu Honglin Co., Ltd., marking entry into the Yangtze River Delta region of China.
• 常熟にてRF通信ケーブルの製造を開始し、高周波ケーブル分野に参入。
• 「威海ホンリン電子有限公司」が山東省より「ハイテク企業」に認定される。
• Began manufacturing RF communication cables at the Changshu facility, entering the high-frequency cable segment.
• Weihai Honglin Electronics Co., Ltd. was recognized as a “High-Tech Enterprise of Shandong Province.”
• 「威海ホンリン電線有限公司」が国際車載規格TS16949認証を取得。
• 「常熟ホンリン電子有限公司」がLVDS信号部品の開発に成功し、PCノートブック内蔵配線のメインサプライヤーとなる。
• ECO無煙ハロゲンフリー絶縁材を開発、米国のセキュリティ研究所に認定される。
• Weihai Honglin Cable Co., Ltd. obtained TS16949 certification for automotive quality standards.
• Changshu Honglin Electronics Co., Ltd. successfully developed LVDS signal components and became a major internal wiring supplier for notebook PCs.
• Developed ECO halogen-free flame-retardant insulation materials, which were recognized by a U.S. security institute.
• 常熟ホンリン有限公司にFFC事業部を設立し、液晶・LEDテレビ用FFCコンポーネントの研究開発、生産、販売を開始。
• Established an FFC Division at Changshu Honglin Co., Ltd. to begin R&D, production, and sales of FFC components for LCD and LED TVs.
• 台湾に「Hong-Lin Technology Co., Ltd.」を設立（国際マーケティングセンターとアンテナ技術センター協業）。
• 香港証券取引所に上場。
• 「重慶ホンリン技術有限公司」を設立。
• Established Hong-Lin Technology Co., Ltd. in Taiwan through collaboration between the group’s International Marketing Center and Antenna Technology Center.
• Listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
• Established Chongqing Honglin Technology Co., Ltd.
• 威海ホンリン電子が哈爾浜工業大学と共同で高分子研究センターを設立、ハロゲンフリー絶縁材の研究・製造を開始。
• 「恵州大亜湾平和通信ケーブル有限公司」を買収し、華南営業部を設立。華為向け拡販を開始。
• Weihai Honglin Electronics Co., Ltd. and Harbin Institute of Technology jointly established a Polymer Research Center to develop and produce halogen-free insulation materials.
• Acquired Huiyang Pinghe Communication Cable Co., Ltd. in Daya Bay, Huizhou, and established the South China Sales Division. Began expanding business with Huawei.
• 「徳州Jinchengデンソー電装有限公司」を設立、自動車業界へ本格進出。
• Established Dezhou Jincheng Denso Electric Co., Ltd., marking full-scale entry into the automotive sector.
• 常熟ホンリン電子有限公司を中心に、台湾にて無線通信事業の研究開発拠点を拡大。
• Expanded wireless communication business and R&D activities in Taiwan, centered around Changshu Honglin Electronics Co., Ltd.
• 「威海ホンリン有限公司」に特殊線材部門を新設。
• 充電ケーブル、自動車用ハーネス、EV高電圧ケーブルの研究開発を開始。
• 新エネルギー車両向けHV配電システム製品の戦略計画に着手。
• Weihai Honglin Co., Ltd. established a Special Cable Division.
• Initiated R&D for charging cables, automotive harnesses, and high-voltage EV cables.
• Launched a strategic plan for vehicle-level HV power distribution systems in the new energy vehicle sector.
• 常熟ホンリン電子有限公司が社名を「常熟市ホンボウ通信技術株式公司」に変更。
• 信号事業部を新設し、中国国内上場への準備を開始。
• Changshu Honglin Electronics Co., Ltd. changed its name to Changshu Hongbao Communication Technology Co., Ltd.
• Established the Signal Division and began preparations for domestic listing in China.
