遅少林 氏（Mr. Shi Shaolin）
泓淋グループ 創業者・董事長
1997年、遅少林氏は山東省威海にてHLグループを創立し、威海工場を発展の起点としました。創業当初は電源コードの製造を基盤事業としてスタートし、その技術と品質を磨き上げる中で、信号線、車載内部配線、スピーカー、アンテナなどへと事業領域を広げ、多角的な製品体系を築き上げました。2018年には深セン証券取引所に上場し、さらに2027年には北京での上場を計画するなど、より高い発展段階へと歩みを進めています。

Mr. Shi Shaolin
Founder & Chairman, HL Group
In 1997, Mr. Shi Shaolin founded HL Group in Weihai, Shandong Province, with the Weihai factory as the starting point of its growth. The company began by establishing a solid foundation in power cord manufacturing, and through continuous improvement in technology and quality, it gradually expanded its product portfolio to include signal cables, automotive internal wiring, speakers, and antennas, among others. In 2018, HL Group was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and it is planning a future listing in Beijing in 2027, marking its progression to an even higher stage of development.
